Rice & Shine food truck is more than just a place to grab lunch. It is where people come to discover a new world of flavors in Asian cuisines. This cuisine is brought to you by Kit Keating. She was born and raised in Hong Kong and moved to America in late 1980's, where she started her career and family. Now she is starting a new chapter in her life where she wants to share her love of delicious Asian cuisines. She integrates her cultural background into her cooking, with fresh and healthy local ingredients. This elevates the sensation of the most iconic Asian dishes to a new level.
